Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to the UK. If you are from a country outside of that area please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We work shipping out automatically depending on what you've ordered. As usual it's all factored on size/shape and some guidelines are below. We offer free shipping for any order over £30.
2nd Class Letter (under 250g) - £0.67
2nd Class Large Letter (under 750g) - £1.72
2nd Class Small Parcel (under 2kg) - £2.62
2nd Class Small Parcel (under 2kg but bulky) - £4.47
2nd Class Large Parcel (under 5kg) - £13.75
When will I get my items?
The Christians in Sport office is only open Monday-Friday so we'll aim to get your order in the post by the next working day. We only post items Royal Mail 2nd Class so you can expect your order about 5-7 working days after ordering. Any questions just drop us an email.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once we’ve dispatched your items, we’ll send you an email to the email address you used to place the order. Occasionally we dispatch items separately so you may get more than one email. But we only charge once for postage, no matter how many packages your order is split into.
What are the delivery costs for Sports Plus 2023 pre-order items?
There will be no delivery cost for Sports Plus 2023 pre-order items as these will not be shipped out in advance. The items will be available for the young person to collect at their camp.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchased, provided it is returned in perfect condition (unwashed and unworn) together with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns of Pre-Order Items
For any pre-order items we are happy to offer a refund on any product purchased, provided it is in perfect condition (unwashed and unworn). We will only be able to offer an exchange if we have a suitable item in stock.
Refunds and exchanges can only be processed at the event and not via post at a later date.
